The ITIL Service Manager program focuses on training participants to be effective IT Service Managers. Therefore, during this 12 day program we impart as much knowledge and experience as possible to help you improve and be more successful in your daily tasks or new career. An interactive approach is used combining lecture, discussion and a case study to link theory directly to practice to help you understand how to implement the ITIL concepts successfully.
