Project Management (PRINCE2™)

Managing projects in a controlled way is one of the key competences of all Information Technology (IT) & organizations. Quint trains your organization’s project managers, project executives and project support staff in order to create an environment in which projects are started, executed and closed in a successful way. Quint also makes sure that the projects are fully linked into your IT Service Management environment. Quint uses PRINCE2® and MSP (Managing Successful Programs) as guiding frameworks, complemented with Quint’s other content areas such as Governance, Service Management and Sourcing.

PRINCE2 is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scaleable method for the management of all types of projects.
